RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We would like your shopping experience with us to be pleasant and rewarding. Our goal is for each and every one of our customers to be completely satisfied with their order. If you are not obsessed with your purchase, return it for store credit only within 14 days of purchase. Your store credit will never expire.
If you are looking to return any items, please email one of our team members at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once approved and your item is received, the customer will receive credit to their account with an in-store credit to use towards new merchandise. We charge a 20% restocking fee on all items that are returned and approved. The remaining amount is what will be credited to the customer's account in the form of an in-store credit only.
We assure you all of your products are checked and rechecked prior to being shipped out to any of our customers.
Please do not send return your purchase without first contacting Enchanted Bella Boutique and receiving an approval to do so. All approvals will be made in writing to avoid any conflicts. We may also ask that you submit us photos of the items prior to approval.
There will be NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES allowed for the following items:
- Mystery Items
- Gift Cards
- Hair Accessories
- Face Masks
- Discounted Items
- Clearance Items
- Bling Accessories
All SALES ARE FINAL ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS OR CLEARANCE ITEMS
Each Item returned be charged a 20% restocking fee and no refunds for shipping. Customers that return 10% or more of their purchase will be limited on returns allowed.
CONDITIONS & STORE CREDIT:
Any pre-order and custom purchases, handmade purchases, downloadable purchases, sale items, clearance items, FINAL SALE items cannot be returned. For hygiene purposes, we also do not accept returns on hair accessories, hats, leotards, leg warmers, any under garments or onesies cannot be returned.
In order to receive store credit, the items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, with the tags still on them, in its original packaging, unwashed and with no damage to the item. The items must come back complete with no missing items such as a shawl, a brooch, etc. If the returned item(s) do not meet our criteria as listed, we will NOT accept the return and the items will be returned back to the customer at the customer's expense. Should you decide that you do not want to pay the return shipping expense within 3 days of notification we are not accepting your item, your items will be disposed of and store credit will not be issued.
HOW TO RETURN:
1. Email Us your order number and include the items you wish to return and the reason. Please include pictures if requested.
2. You will receive an email from one of our team members within 2 business days.
3. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund via store credit. If you have received approval to return the item, you will be given instructions on where to ship your return.
4. Please make sure to pack your items neatly, as there may be a restocking fee of 20% based on the condition(s) of the item returned.
5. Once you ship your order to us, please allow up to 7 business days for our team to process it.
6. Please note that shipping charges are NOT included in the store credit amount.
7. Please allow up to 5 days to receive your store credit.
We do not offer price adjustments.
