All items are shipped regular USPS first class mail. Priority mail is available at an additional cost. It’s important to provide detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order.
We are not responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.
We are also not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier chosen, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen. We highly recommend that you select "Signature Required" when placing your order, which we offer at no additional cost, to ensure that your package is signed before it is dropped off at your location.
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the weather or any other circumstances by the carrier.
Rush Shipping is available upon request. If you are requesting a customized order, you will also be charged an additional rush fee starting at $25.00 depending on the order.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.RETURN DUE TO AN ERROR:
We will accept responsibility for any shipping cost if we sent the wrong items or sent your package to the wrong address. We will return the items via USPS First Class Mail within the 14 day period.

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding some federal holidays.
