Hot pad measures approximately 12" x 16" perfect for your 9x13 casserole.

Our 100% cotton padded and reversible hot pads looks great displayed with other fall trend home and kitchen decors.  Our padding is 2 layers of Wrap-n- Zap so you can place your hot dishes on the hot pads to protect your table and to prolong durability and shape.

This can be used on your dinning room table, outside dining area, picnic tables, as an addition to your bar for a pop of color or on the coffee tables or decorative side tables. You can even put these in your kitchen and place your kitchen appliances on top of them to protect your counters while adding a bit of fun and vibrant fall décor.

We can already imagine the aesthetics that our fall trend, decorative hit pads will add to your indoor/outdoor living spaces.

The hot pads are top stitched to keep them stable and looking great after washing them. 

Care Instructions: Use mild soap in gentle cycle to machine wash and hand wash.  DO NOT use bleach.  Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on low heat.  If you  remove it from the dryer promptly and lay flat, you will get less wrinkles.  Iron to make your placemats as good as new after washing.  Iron on cotton setting. 

If the items have either glitter or metallic we highly recommend that you put a cotton material such as a pillow cover, a sheet or even a plain white cotton shirt and place over the table placemat and iron.  This prevents the metallic or glitter from getting on your iron.  

For best results, we recommend you hand wash and hang dry because the colors will never fade.  This is the old school way of washing your clothes, etc. They keep your items looking brand new for years.

How long does it take to process our orders once we have placed an order online?   

Orders are now being processed within 3-7 business days.  All items are shipped regular USPS first class mail, however; you have the option to choose another form of shipping at checkout.  

Please note additional costs may be involved such as priority shipping or signature required.  Please make sure you provide us with detailed and comprehensive shipping information when placing your order as we do not pay to reship your items if you have provided us with the wrong address.  Any items that must be reshipped due to human error on your behalf, will be at an additional cost.  

Once shipped, how long will the order take to get to me? 

 

It generally depends on where you are located and what type of shipping method you have chosen.  Please keep in mind, once your order is shipped, we cannot control the time it takes to get back to you or if your packaged gets lost or stolen.  

First Class mail will general take between 3 to 9 business days.  Priority Mail® service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days. UPS Ground Shipping Day-definite delivery in one to five days.  Due to Covid 19 still being an active issue, shipping times can take longer than usual.   

Liability:

We are NOT responsible for undelivered packages based on misinformation of shipping addresses filled out by the customer upon checkout.   It is your responsibility to put in a claim if you choice an option that provided you with insurance.  If you did not choose a shipping option that provided insurance, you may not be able to file a claim and get a refund for your order or shipping costs.  

Please understand if an order is placed to the wrong address, the recipient is NOT required to return the order to shipping provided.  Legally they are able to keep an item that was shipped to their home with that said, please understand why providing us with accurate shipping information is so important when placing your orders. ​

We are also NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will be sure to assist you with the carrier chosen, but once an order shows delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for packages that are lost and/or stolen. We highly recommend that you select "Signature Required" when placing your order, which we offer at no additional cost, to ensure that your package is signed before it is dropped off at your location. 

We are NOT responsible for shipping delays due to the weather or any other circumstances by the carrier.  We understand that some of you may have chosen a faster shipping method to make sure your order will get to you on time, but we cannot control the weather and will NOT accept responsibility if your order is delayed due to the weather. 

Rush Shipping is a separate cost from a Rush Custom Order.  You will have 2 added charges.  

Rush Shipping is available upon request.  If you are requesting a customized order, you will also be charged an additional rush fee starting at $25.00 depending on the order.

Shipping for Custom or Made to Order Items:

Custom Orders:  Please make sure you have messaged us before placing an order.  It usually takes between 1 to 3 weeks to create custom orders depending on the demand. 

Made to order items on our listings will usually take within 1 to 3 weeks to create as well.  Although you can check out, please know that made to order versus ready to ship order are very different.  If you want your order to be rushed, it will be an additional charge and a rush shipping charge will also be added.  These made to order items that need to be rushed require you to message us first to see if it is even possible to create them within the timeline you require. 

Made to order or custom items must have an approved date to be completed and shipped.  Provide us with enough time to ship your items because again, we cannot control shipment times no matter what shipping method you have chosen. 

If you choose to have your items created and shipped within a short time line, you are risking the chance of NOT receiving your items on time and we will NOT refund you for these orders or for your shipping costs.  

INSURANCE:

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that you will receive your item once your order is shipped and out of our hands.  

RETURN DUE TO AN ERROR:

We will accept FULL responsibility for any shipping cost if we send your items to the wrong address of if we have sent you the wrong items. 


WHEN ARE ORDERS PROCESSED:

Orders are processed Monday - Friday, excluding some federal holidays.  It is rare that we ship out our items on the weekends.
